Using Digital Tools to Create & Measure Impact

Presented by Deanna Zandt

A jam-packed training session, Social Media for Social Good will help attendees understand how to create digital strategies that explore new opportunities and deepen existing relationships in their communities through four main sections.

The first section aims to increase attendees’ understanding of the social media landscape, and learn how different tools can help attendees engage in interesting, dynamic and relevant ways with their communities.

The second section focuses on content and learning how content can be key to building a powerful and engaged community online. In this section, attendees will also learn about developing an online voice, deciding the most appropriate content to share, adjusting content strategy as needed, etc.

The third section focuses on goal setting and building an organizations’ online ladder of engagement.

In the final section, Presenter will discuss the hows and whys of metrics, a critical component to any successful digital strategy. We’ll walk through tools to use, sample reports and review the importance of both quantitative and qualitative metrics.
