Brett Scott is a journalist, campaigner, monetary anthropologist and former financial broker. He is the author of Cloudmoney: Cash, Cards, Crypto and the War for our Wallets, and The Heretic’s Guide to Global Finance: Hacking the Future of Money. He has spoken at hundreds of events around the globe, and has written extensively on financial activism, digital finance, alternative currency, blockchain technology and the cashless society for publications like the Guardian, New Scientist, Huffington Post, Business Insider, CNN.com, and Wired Magazine.
